Alternatif Giyim ve Alt Kültür


"Alternatif Giyim" tanımını anlayabilmek için öncelikle Alt Kültür kavramının ne olduğunu anlamak gerekir. Çünkü Alternatif Giyim, Alt Kültür Yaşam Tarzının göstergesi ve hatta imzasıdır.

Alt Kültür; Sosyolojik, Antropolojik ve Kültürel Anlamda, popüler yaşam tarzının ve kültürünün tamamen dışında, kendine özgü bir felsefe ve yaşam tarzına sahip, bulunğu toplumdan kendini ayrıştıran, azınlık kültürleridir. Alt Kültür Toplulukları, popüler kültür ve sistemle ilişkilerini kopararak, yabancılaşmayı, farklılaşmayı ve dışlanarak genel topluluktan ayrışmayı baştan kabul etmekte, bir anlamda da bu dışlanmışlıkla topluluk içinde tanınmayı başarmaktadır.

Alternatif Giyim Tarzı, çoğu Alt Kültürün önemli bir uzantısı, hatta görsel imzasıdır. Belirgin öğelere ve kalıplara sahip olan alternatif giyim tarzları, kesimlerinden renklerine, aksesuarlarından dikişlerine kadar göstergesi oldukları alt kültürün yaşam tarzını yansıtmaktadır. Bana göre, alternatif giyim tarzını benimseyenler, çoğu zaman toplum dışı olarak nitelendirilse de, kendine özgü farklı tarzların büyüsünü ve güzelliğini gören gözler için, cesur, özgür ve eşsizdirler.

Spandex Corset Designs

I have been thinkin on designing some Spandex corsets. Finally they are finished and they come out beautifully.  I used various accessories in different combinations. Fabric was very difficult to sew but solved it by using thin paper. And alot of very careful handsewing . As results were good, effort was worth it.
Bellynda
This underbust corset is inspired of Bellydance. Who says no Gothic bellydancer exist!
(havent seen yet one but hoping one will come out :D)


Clowny
This get the isnpiration from Clowns. So many  get scared of them ( blame it on the  horror movei makers:P)  But I actually like them and their colorfull clothing. So I wanted to put some detail that remainds it. 


Blackmoon
This corset is one of my favorite. I barely hold myself to spare it for me. Blackmoon is kinda futuristic and also reminds  me a tough fighting lady. 



Trinity
Now this corset is what I call is "over the top" :D  Spend so many time to actually creat the look I desire. Finally  got the look by workin on three row ribbon crossings. Bondage feeling with some shapy elegance. I am quite happy with this one also. 



As a result, I really worked hard on these corsets. Never tried spandex before but now I know the all tips and tricks of sewing it easy. If you ever try spandex, first thing first, sew it with paper or you tear it or damage  it while trying to push it through sewing machine.
