Alternatif Giyim ve Alt Kültür


"Alternatif Giyim" tanımını anlayabilmek için öncelikle Alt Kültür kavramının ne olduğunu anlamak gerekir. Çünkü Alternatif Giyim, Alt Kültür Yaşam Tarzının göstergesi ve hatta imzasıdır.

Alt Kültür; Sosyolojik, Antropolojik ve Kültürel Anlamda, popüler yaşam tarzının ve kültürünün tamamen dışında, kendine özgü bir felsefe ve yaşam tarzına sahip, bulunğu toplumdan kendini ayrıştıran, azınlık kültürleridir. Alt Kültür Toplulukları, popüler kültür ve sistemle ilişkilerini kopararak, yabancılaşmayı, farklılaşmayı ve dışlanarak genel topluluktan ayrışmayı baştan kabul etmekte, bir anlamda da bu dışlanmışlıkla topluluk içinde tanınmayı başarmaktadır.

Alternatif Giyim Tarzı, çoğu Alt Kültürün önemli bir uzantısı, hatta görsel imzasıdır. Belirgin öğelere ve kalıplara sahip olan alternatif giyim tarzları, kesimlerinden renklerine, aksesuarlarından dikişlerine kadar göstergesi oldukları alt kültürün yaşam tarzını yansıtmaktadır. Bana göre, alternatif giyim tarzını benimseyenler, çoğu zaman toplum dışı olarak nitelendirilse de, kendine özgü farklı tarzların büyüsünü ve güzelliğini gören gözler için, cesur, özgür ve eşsizdirler.

New skirts, with Polly cotton check fabrics, lace and robbon trimmings and metal accesories I love gathered skirts but sometimes running wild with assimetry cut.

RDC Skirts 2014 Four New Adittion

Another four of the skirt collection completed. Liked the results. Fourteen more to go.


SIMBA SKIRT

Petite Check Skirt with its separete peticoat inside. Lace and ribbon decorated.






CHEKY SKIRT

Large Colored checks with bell cut. Lace and ribbon decorated.





HELIAS PIRATE SKIRT

Stripped outskirt and black inside skirt. Leaf cut with wings settings. Ribbon, lace and metal accesory decorated.











TIPPY LOLITA SKIRT

Colored check outskirt with black inside skirt.

ADDA and SHINZ Skirt

As I started to work on a skirt collection first two finished, fourteen to go :) Most of them just need decoration and some of them in pieces and waiting for to sew. Love skirts and enjoying designing them.

SAILOR MOON - SAILOR PLUTO COSPLAY

SAILOR PLUTO

As I have a serious cosplayer as a customer, besides designing in alternative fashion, aslo love to design for cosplay. This is my third cosplay design for Cosplayer Ninsu Kahraman. Never tried Sailor Moon chereacters before so it was kinda lil challange since I don't usually use woven and knitted fabric togather. If its cotton lycra, ıt definatelly needs different treatment in pattern cutting and seving. After a day calculationand research, I had pretty good idea how to do it. 
It took 2 weeks to complete it altogather. (Since I am also workin on a collection) I took the anime charakter drawings as baseline (ınstead of other cosplays and fanart) which gives more accurate look. 

When it finished, the look exactly what I wanted.
